The Global Shield Financing Facility, hosted by the World Bank, supports countries to put in place pre-arranged finance and protection against climate and disaster risks.
As part of the ICF core evaluation team, Robbie conducted key informant interviews and a thorough desk review, and led a collaborative sense-making process to foster shared understanding among stakeholders. He also led a deep-dive analysis on adaptive social protection, and contributed to the evaluation deliverables, including the inception report and final evaluation report.
