As an Evaluation Quality Assurance and Learning Service (EQuALS) expert panel member, Robbie (Director of Sophoi) provides expert advice and quality assurance on programme strategy, design, results, evidence and learning to a range of programmes across the good governance, anti-corruption, and private sector development spheres – developing theories of change, drafting evaluation terms of reference, reviewing baselines, and designing MEL systems.
