China Carbon Pricing Phase 2 Evaluation

Sophoi conducted the evaluation of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) ChinaCarbon Pricing Phase 2 (CCPP2) investment to support the development of China’s national Carbon Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). Sophoi led a seven-person, predominantly Chinese Evaluation team.

The team combined Chinese sector specialists in emissions trading with international expertise in the design and successfully delivered a complicated evaluation situated in a complex context.
