Sophoi is providing ongoing MEL support and a series of appreciative evaluations of the pioneering Resilient Reefs Initiative in four global coral reef restoration pilot projects – Ningaloo, New Caledonia, Palau and Belize.

We have designed and operationalised a Resilience Measurement Framework (RMF) across the Initiative and examined the innovations and behavioural shifts resulting from RRI’s unique resilience-based management approach. Central to our work is providing ongoing evidence-based and practical adaptive management insights to the site teams and overall Initiative management team
