Sophoi is collaborating with the Mastercard Foundation Impact team, providing tailored support to Impact and Programmatic teams to i) align program design processes with portfolio outcomes to bring the Foundation’s operations in line with their Impact Strategy and ii) review and build a package of MEL tools and processes to ensure efficient and systematic MEL across the Africa country teams. Complementary to this support, Sophoi surfaces the relational features and processes of the Foundation that enables learning, course correction, and informed decision-making.
