Sophoi is leading a team on the MEL system design and implementation for the B Team – a network of influential leaders from multinational companies and civil society who are challenging the business community to set and achieve ambitious goals on Net Zero carbon emissions, workplace equality practices, and tax and ESG disclosure.

The MEL system draws on the B Team’s outputs and outcomes, as well as the unique way the networks engage the hearts and minds of leaders, forming a robust yet flexible evidence base for strategic decision-making, reporting and learning.
