Luminate is a global foundation working to ensure everyone – especially those who are underrepresented – has the information, rights, and power to influence the decisions that affect their lives.  The four-person Sophoi team supported the Luminate Learning and Impact Team to:

• Design and advance new elements of Luminate Analytical and Learning Frameworks
• Conduct a series of five in-person emergent Learning Conversations with the Luminate teams around the world – Sao Paulo, Nairobi, Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon, and Washington DC
• Lead the evidence collection, analysis and reporting elements of their first annual evidence analysis, presenting the findings to the Luminate Leadership team

Using a collaborative sense-making approach, the team conceptually and practically linked the 3 components – Analytical Framework, the Learning Conversations and the Evidence Analysis.  Sophoi’s collaborative sense-making approached harnessed the experiences and insights of those who matter most to each component to interpret the emergent evidence across Luminate’s programmes.
