ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme Evaluation

Designed and initiated a formative evaluation for the four-year UK PF ASEAN Low Carbon Energy programme. The evaluation assesses opportunities to promote low-carbon energy green finance and increase global prosperity through the reduction of energy emissions and energy poverty and increased ease of doing business in SE Asia.
