Sophoi worked with AEI to develop their impact investment theory of change andheadline results and indicator framework for their Plastic Fund 1 Impact Measurement and Management (IMM).

Sophoi Impact supported AEI in setting a practical set of targets and designing a tailored performance management and reporting system for various plastic waste investees for PF1, including firms involved in the substitution, recycling, recovery processes in the plastics sector.
