Sophoi is part of a consortium designing and delivering of the AfDB Climate Change and Green Growth Department MERL framework, working in a partnership with AfDB counterparts as key partners in the process and in the production of MERL products.

The fundamental purpose of the MEL framework is to support transformational change both internally and externally, within the Bank’s approach to climate change and green growth, and in the impact it enables.
