Sophoi designed, managed and delivered a learning review that mapped results ‘outside and beyond the courtroom’ across a sample of ten climate litigation cases.
This learning review was collaborative, appreciative, and robust, balancing independent results generation with collaborative sensemaking and learning – an evolving approach Sophoi calls Results, Sensemaking and Learning (RSL).
The learning review helped define the value and role of FILE and FILE partners, their operational models, climate litigation as an evolving field, and climate litigation MEL.
