UNEP ADAPT!

MEL Framework

Sophoi developed a robust and practical set of methods and tools to report results and facilitate learning within the UNEP ADAPT! programme in Sudan.

With a focus on output and outcome-level reporting, delivering ‘significant’ climate change and environmental governance results, the MEL framework is intended to support ADAPT! to demonstrate and justify its results as a DFID-funded, UNEP-delivered programme, as well as position the programme as the ‘thought-leader’ on climate change and environmental policy and programming in Sudan.
